HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

1. Register a return

Click on the button below 'register return'. Do this within 45 days of receiving your order. Indicate the reason for your return or exchange. Please note: always complete the order number in the returns portal to avoid errors.

2. Packing

Place the products you want to exchange or return in the original box or in another sturdy box. Stick the return label you received on the package. Don't forget to remove your old label.

NB: Make sure you always include the packing slip or another form with your name and/or order number in the box!

3. Send your package

Make sure you take your package to a Service Point within 14 days.

4. Exchange or refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will ensure that we arrange your exchange or refund.

5. Goodies

If one or more products are returned and your order value is less than €100, the goodies must be returned. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. Do you opt for an exchange shipment? Then you don't have to return the goodies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if I can't print my return label?

- If you do not have a printer yourself, you can choose to return your package with DHL. You don't need a printer in this case!

  • Are there products that cannot be returned?

- Yes, hygiene products cannot be returned. 

  • What if I do not collect my package from a service point?

- If a package is refused, or is not collected at a Pakjegemak point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus €6.95 return costs (€9.99 return costs in Belgium).

  • What are the conditions of exchange or return?

- Register your return for an exchange or return within 30 days of receipt.
- The products are in original and unused condition, are returned in the original packaging and the label is still attached to the product.
- The goodies must be returned pro rata if you return products. If this does not happen, the goodie will be charged. You do not need to return a goodie for an exchange shipment.

  • What are the costs for an exchange or return?

- The costs of a return shipment in the Netherlands are €6.95. The costs for a return shipment from Belgium are €7.95.
- No return costs will be charged for the following exceptions*:

You have received a different product than you ordered

The product you ordered was received broken

* You must contact customer service for a return exception.
