Our policy is for 45 days. Unfortunately, if 45 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.

If the item was designated as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver of the gift and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get your exchanged item to you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
